I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the tranquil garden area and the fantastic breakfast options available each morning. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main attractions in Bolzano. While the service was mostly good, I did encounter some inconsistency with staff interactions. Nevertheless, the spacious room added a nice touch to my experience, making it a place I'd gladly return to.
